Conditions of use
Purpose. This site is an informational and promotional study of the Panamanian real estate market. Using it means accepting these terms.
Nature of the information. The “from” prices, areas, unit types, delivery dates and projected yields come from the official material each developer supplies. They are indicative, do not constitute a binding offer, and are subject to availability and to change by the developer without notice. Images are the developer's promotional renders and may differ from the finished property.
Yields. The yields shown are projections supplied by each developer. They are not a guarantee of return and are not investment advice. Actual performance depends on occupancy, management costs, applicable taxes and rental market conditions at delivery.
Not legal, tax or investment advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Residency filings are made by attorneys licensed in the Republic of Panama.
Third-party links. The site links to developers' material and sites and to map and virtual tour services operated by third parties. Alexandra Arzayus does not control that content and is not responsible for its availability or accuracy.
Intellectual property. Each developer's renders, logos and materials belong to their owners and are published for promotional purposes. The remaining content of this site belongs to Alexandra Arzayus.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
