Processing of personal data

Purpose. The data you provide through the forms on this site is collected for one purpose: to handle your inquiry, send you information on the projects you ask about, and register your interest with the sales department of the corresponding developer. It is not used for anything else and not used to build profiles.
Lawful basis. Processing rests on Article 17 of Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021, which implements Law 81 of March 26, 2019: submitting the form is a request made by you, in your own interest and with a view to a possible contractual relationship, accompanied by your informed consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time, without retroactive effect, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: one email to the address below.
Recipients. Your data is shared only with the sales department of the developer whose project you select, and only for the purpose stated. It is never sold, rented or passed to any other third party. Forms are processed through Netlify, a hosting provider with servers outside Panama, acting as data processor.
International transfer. Hosting and form processing take place on servers located outside the Republic of Panama, under Article 33 of Law 81 of 2019.
Retention. Data is kept for as long as your inquiry is being handled and, after that, for a maximum of twenty-four months, unless you ask for deletion sooner or a legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to alexandra@arzayusrealestate.com. Requests are answered within the periods set by Law 81 of 2019. If you believe your rights have not been honored, you may approach the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
Confidentiality. Everyone involved in the processing is bound to keep your data confidential, including after the relationship ends.
Third-party links. The 360-degree virtual tours open on Graff3D (360.graff3d.com), the provider the developer contracted, and the location links open Google Maps. This site sends none of your data to those pages: they open only if you choose to follow the link, and from that point those third parties' privacy policies govern, not this one.
