Four services that handle the process after signing. All carry a fee, agreed in writing before starting.

Bank account opening

Support in opening an account at a Panamanian bank: selecting the institution to fit the client profile, preparing the due diligence file and coordinating the appointment. Approval rests solely with the bank.

Furniture packages

Two options. A basic package, with the furniture needed to occupy or rent the unit. A design and furnishing package, which includes an interior design proposal, selection of pieces and full installation.

Electricity, water and internet

Full handling of utility contracts in the owner's name: electricity, water and fiber optic internet, including installation scheduling.

Visa and residency processing

Coordination of the immigration file alongside licensed Panamanian attorneys, including the Qualified Investor Visa. Legal representation is provided by the attorney, not by this office.
